- Device Information: Device type, unique identifiers
- Usage Data: Features used, proposals generated, actions taken within the app

- Clerk: Authentication events, session activity
- Stripe: Transaction status, payment confirmation, subscription status
- Anthropic: AI API usage data (no proposal content is retained by Anthropic beyond API processing)

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing via Clerk, access controls, and monitoring for suspicious activity. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Proposal Data: Retained until you delete it or your account is closed
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years as required for tax and legal compliance
- Log Data: Retained for approximately 90 days
Upon account cancellation or termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
